On the top list of reasons why many are not successful at losing weight is “too busy.” Here a few tips for those of you who’s schedule doesn’t seem to be diet friendly.
1. Get up 15 minutes early… three times a week and do a short ab video or lift free weights.
2. Before you eat supper go for a 15 minute walk, then slowly build up to 45 minutes by adding increments of five minutes.
3. Spend a few minutes each night after supper packing a healthy lunch and two snacks.
4. Exercise during your commercials.
5. Invest in a treadmill or exercise bike and have it near your TV. Have a rule that you can only watch your TV show if you’re exercising.
6. Baby steps… one small change each week can make a difference!

Well It has been a while since I posted…. Life just go to hectic… I did previously loose 20lbs in 30 days…. But since I have not been working out lately and and have not been eating the best, I have gained the 20lbs back. So starting in the very near future will be a new goal of again losing 20lbs in 30 days.
